Projekt Manual Senior Job Crafting Manual dla organizacji
Manual Senior Job Crafting

a tool for entrepreneurs and employees of pre-retirement and retirement age (and not only). Its aim is to provide companies with tools that can be used in the process of transforming the work environment so that people of pre-retirement and retirement age increase their commitment and sense of purpose at work. The project is based on the concept of job crafting, i.e. the idea of transforming work so that people feel comfortable with what they do professionally, use their strengths and the activities they perform are in line with their values. Job crafting is about increasing the mental well-being of employees, and thus increasing their commitment to professional duties. Job crafting helps to shape and redefine work so that the employee feels meaningful. The Manual consists of two parts – for the employer and for the employees. The employer’s part contains, among other things, tools for planning changes and supporting employees in the ability to independently adjust work to their own abilities and preferences. These are tools for changing the environment to recruit and retain pre-retirees and retirees. The part for the employee consists of a series of tools to change specific elements of their work, e.g. attitudes, relationships, tasks.

The simulations include random events (positive and negative in their effects on the company) and players can set the level of difficulty by choosing a start-up company, a company in crisis or a company with an established market position.  The product, developed in collaboration with EduCluster from Finland, has been successfully implemented in dozens of vocational schools across the country.

Bank of National Practice Placements

Innovation and high technology projects

Animated Reality

a project carried out in collaboration with the Film School in Łódź, Warsaw University of Technology, Animoon Film Studio and other partners. As part of the project we developed and brought to level 4 of technological readiness a puppet animation system (involving photogrammetric determination of 3D positions of markers placed at the joints of the puppet armatures). The innovation was further developed in a subsequent project:

The Fourth Dimension of Puppet Animation

involving industrial research and development work on optimising motion capture technology. The aim of the project was to raise the technological readiness of a laboratory-verified puppet animation technology to level 9. This is the final level of technological readiness, which means that a product can be launched.  As a result, SMODO stop-motion animation technology was created.  It combines classic puppet animation with an innovative motion capture technology. The product is addressed to professional film studios as well as art and multimedia schools. The innovation streamlines the process of multimedia material production while preserving the artistic qualities of classic puppet animation. The solution has been launched and is available for sale.
