„Facility Job” Erasmus+ Project

INSPIRE CONSULTING sp. z o.o. implements a project co-financed by the European Union entitled "Facility Job" - methods and practices towards post diploma work placement of disadvantaged learners”.

The main objective of the project is to counteract within the framework of a transnational partnership the exclusion of people with disabilities from the labour market. The objective will be accomplished by implementing innovation and increasing the quality of work placements for students with disabilities from VET schools in Poland and Italy.

Specific objectives:

- To raise awareness of labour market exclusion of people with disabilities, including the difficulties encountered by VET schools students with disabilities related to apprenticeships.

- To exchange good practices between Poland and Italy in the field of organizing apprenticeships for students with disabilities.

Project implementation in cooperation with: AURIVE SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA SOCIALE: RISORSE SOCIALI PER LO SVILUPPO ONLUS - a social cooperative from Novara, Italy.

The project will be completed on December 30^th 2024.
